2010年6月内阁改组，马华成功争取增加农业部副部长和取回内政部副部长二职。
MCA obtained one additional Deputy Minister post – Deputy Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister & regained the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs post in the 2010 Cabinet reshuffle.
反对回教党断肢法
Firm Stance in Opposing PAS’s Hudud
马华坚决反对回教党的神权回教断肢法议程，行动党却强化回教党势力，协助回教党候选人助选。
MCA objects to PAS’s Hudud but DAP strengthens PAS and campaigns for PAS candidates.
修改不合时宜的法令
Amendment and Abolishment of Irrelevant/Outdated Acts
国阵在马华配合之下，推动政治转型计划，陆续宣布废除《内安法令》、修改《出版及印刷法令》、修改《大专法令》、制定《和平集会法》、废除《煽动法令》等。
With the support and co-operation of MCA, the BN Government implemented a Political Transformation Programme, which involved abolishing the ISA, Sedition Act, amending the Printing, Presses and Publication Act, and enacting the Peaceful Assembly Act.

SJKC and Vernacular Education
2011年开始，政府为半津贴的华小缴付水电费。
The Government began paying the utility bills of government-aided schools starting 2011.
政府发放100令吉的援助金予所有中、小学以及独中学生。
The Government offered RM100 grant to every primary, secondary and independent school student.
13所华小迁校、8所扩建和重建、以及兴建7所新华小高达9500万令吉经费全由中央政府负责，有关款项也直接拨给建校委员会。
The relocation of 13 SJKCs, expansion of 8 SJKCs, as well as the construction of 7 new SJKCs amounting to RM95million, are funded by the Federal Government. Funds will be deposited directly to school boards.
由于民联州政府没有发出可观性的土地建华小，批准可征用国小保留地建新华小，特别是在雪州。
The Government has allowed the use of SK reserved land especially in Selangor to build SJKC as Pakatan Rakyat State Governments had not allocated any sizeable lands for SJKC.
308大选之后，柔佛国阵州政府已经发出六片土地供建华小。
After 308, the Johor Government had granted 6 pieces of lands to build SJKC.

SMJK
政府2011年起设立年度特别发展拨款予国民型中学。
In 2011, the Government agreed to grant a special allocation to all SMJKs.
首相宣布全国国民型中学将在2013年获得3千万令吉的特别拨款。
In 2013, Prime Minister has announced RM30million as special allocation to SMJKs.
增建国民型中学：芙蓉振华中学的分校，将独立为国民型中学，以及教育部已批准槟城威南日新国民型中学二校
2 new SMJKs – SMJK Chan Wa in Seremban and SMJK Jit Sin II, Seberang Perai.
霹雳州35所国民型中学和教会学校获得州政府拨款200万令吉。
The Perak Government granted RM2million to 35 SMJKs and mission schools in the state.
独中教育
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
独中生从2010年开始可以申请高等教育基金贷款。
UEC students are now allowed to apply for the PTPTN loan starting 2010.
2010年起，50名优越的统考生获政府无条件颁发奖励金到国内外深造。
50 UEC top scorers will be are bestowed grants without bond to pursue their studies overseas annually.
政府同意让统考生以4科优等（3科统考+SPM国语）的成绩，申请进入师训学院。
The Government has accepted MCA’s proposal to accept UEC students who scored four SPM credits including a credit in BM, into teacher training colleges.
霹雳国阵州政府以以地养校方式，拨2500英亩地给9间独立中学。每公顷（2.47英亩）只付10令吉的象征式地价。
The Perak BN Government granted 2,500-acres of land to 9 Chinese Independent schools in the state for self-sustaining purpose. The schools enjoy a discounted land price of RM10 for every hectare.
2012年7月，政府宣布批准复办关丹独中。
In July 2012, the government approved the establishment of a new Chinese Independent school in Kuantan, Pahang.
“一个马华教育贷款计划”免息贷学金
Interest-free 1MCA Education Loan Scheme (figure to be updated)
2011年9月，马华推介总额3千万令吉的“一个马华教育贷款计划”，公开让清寒学生申请贷学金。至今发出747万令吉贷款予225名申请者。
In September 2011, MCA launched the 1MCA Education Loan Scheme worth RM30million for all regardless of race. 225 students have benefited from the scheme so far, with approved loans amounting to RM7.47million.
张明添基金
Chang Ming Thien Foundation
张明添基金自2004年以来，共为1774名学生提供2725万令吉贷学金。
Since 2004, the Foundation has offered more than RM27.25million to 1774 students regardless of race.
自立合作社贷学金
Kojadi Study Loan
自立合作社自1981年成立，发出超过1亿令吉贷学金，惠及9328学生。
More than RM100million has been offered to 9,328 students since 1981.

2011年是最多华裔获JPA奖学金的一次，在4000名奖学金得主中华裔共有1648位，占了总数的40.5%。
In 2011, out of 4,000 JPA scholarship recipients, a total of 1,648 or 40.5% were Chinese students – the highest number of Chinese JPA scholarship recipients in history.
2010年高达92%的华裔生申请者成功进入本地大学深造，创下了历来最高记录。2012年，华裔学生的录取率是86.4%，为各族学生最高。
In 2010, we had the highest percentage (92%) of successful applications by Chinese students entering local public universities. In 2012, the percentage is 86.4%, the highest among all races.
拉曼大学（UTAR)自2002年创立以来，至今共栽培超过2万5000名大学毕业生。
拉曼学院(KTAR)成立至今，栽培超过18万名毕业生。
UTAR has produced over 25,000 graduates.
KTAR has produced over 180,000 graduates.
2012年，政府同意将拉曼学院升格为大学学院，并全面承认拉曼学院文凭。
The Government agreed to upgrade KTAR to university college status and recognized its certificates retrospectively.
2011年，马中两国落实互相承认学历和学位。2012年，高教部正式宣布受承认的820所中国大学名单；中国也承认了我国71所大专学位。
MCA obtained the mutual recognition of academic degrees from Malaysia and China in 2011. In 2012, Malaysia recognises academic qualifications from a total of 820 institutes of higher learning in China and in return, China recognizes the academic qualifications of 71 local varsities.
2013年，大马学术鉴定机构（MQA）正式承认台湾157所高等院校的学位，而台湾高等教育评鉴中心（HEEACT）接受大马121所大专院校的；台湾也承认了我国121所大专学位。
In 2013, the Malaysian Qualifications Agency officially recognised 157 university degrees from Taiwan, while the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan also recognised 121 university degrees from Malaysia.
2012年6月，南方学院正式获准升格为大学学院。
In June 2012, the government approved that the Southern College in Johor be upgraded to university college status.

Fight for a Liberalised Economy
马华强调政府需开放更多行业，尤其是石油、天然气和电讯业。马华也建议政府让本地投资者同享外资所享有的各项投资奖掖。
MCA stresses that the Government should liberalise more economic sectors, especially the oil & gas and telecommunications sectors. MCA also proposed that local investors should enjoy the same investment incentives enjoyed by foreign investors.
反对所得税法令修改建议
Objection to Amendments to the Income Tax Act
马华成功反对政府修改所得税法令，即修改第81条款及新增107D条款。这两项修法对纳税人不利，也不符合政府要打造亲商环境的目标。
MCA successfully objected to the amendment to Section 81 and the enactment of Section 107D, which are unfair to taxpayers and against the goal of the Government in creating a business-friendly environment.
中小型企业
Small and Medium Enterprises
财政部在2011年发放的中小型企业贷款中，华裔占了总数的80％。
In 2011, 80% of the entrepreneurs who managed to obtain an SME loan from the Ministry of Finance are Chinese.
最低薪金制
Minimum Wage System
马华于2010年建议需推行最低薪金制，以调高各个领域的薪资来减少外劳人数。2012年，马华再次提出，外劳的900令吉最低薪金必须把额外津贴纳入基本薪金内。马华也成功让外劳本身承担外劳人头税。
In 2010, MCA proposed for a minimum wage system to be implemented. In 2012, MCA again proposed that allowance for housing and transportation be included in the minimum wage of RM900 for foreign workers. MCA succeeded in getting the levy be paid by the foreign workers themselves.
反对电脑专才法案
Objection to the Computer Professionals Bill
马华反对科学、工艺及革新部修改电脑专才法案，强制所有电脑专才必须注册。
MCA objected to the Bill which required all IT professionals to be registered.
新村1亿特别拨款
RM100million special allocation for New Villages
政府拨出1亿令吉特别拨款，为大马半岛607个华人新村、重组村及渔村的发展做小本生意、交缴地税及装修房屋用途。
The special allocation of RM100million for the 607 Chinese New Villages and fishing villages in the peninsula is meant to for villagers to:
> start up small business
> pay land premium
> upgrade houses.
受委为国家经济理事会成员
Appointment as Member of the National Economic Council
马华总会长于2010年11月4日受委为国家经济理事会成员，是该理事会唯一的华裔成员。通过此委任，马华可直接参与国家经济决策。
The MCA President was appointed on November 4, 2010 as a member of the National Economic Council. He is the only Chinese representative in the council. Through the appointment, MCA participates directly in the national economic decision making process.
“一个马华青年微型贷款计划”5000万基金
RM50million 1MCA Micro-Credit Loan Scheme for Youth
2012年1月，马华宣布成立5千万令吉的青年微型贷款基金，开放予各族介于21至45岁的大马青年申请，以鼓励青年创业或扩充业务。迄今已发出多达1664万令吉予全国948名申请者。
In January 2012, MCA announced the establishment of a micro-credit fund for all Malaysian youths between the ages of 21 and 45 to encourage more youths to become entrepreneurs. To date, the committee has approved loans amounting to RM16.645million to 948 applicants.
个人所得税减1%
Personal income tax reduced by 1%
2013年财政预算案宣布个人所得税减少1%，减轻中等收入者的负担，使17万人无需缴纳所得税。
Budget 2013 announced that personal income tax is lowered by 1% to lessen the burden of the middle-income group, due to the reduction, 170,000 Malaysians have been exempted from paying personal income tax.

1Malaysia Cultural Award
2011年，马华首次设立“一个大马文化奖”，以表扬本地文化工作者和鼓励“一个马来西亚”理念。著名作曲家沈炳光《高唱我们的歌：我爱马来西亚》，和已故名导演雅斯敏阿末《Muallaf》分別荣获华裔组和非华裔组的大奖。
In 2011, MCA presented the 1Malaysia Cultural Award to show our appreciation towards the contribution of local cultural workers and to promote the 1Malaysia spirit. The late Yasmin Ahmad, a popular director, received the award under the non-Chinese category.
柔佛古庙游神及马六甲王舡游行列大马历史文化遗产
Johor Chingay and Malacca grand Wangkang Procession Named a Malaysian Historical Cultural Heritage
马华柔州联委会2011年与新山中华公会和五帮会馆进行对话会后，成功向政府申请把具有140年历史的柔佛古庙游神庆典列为我国历史文化遗产。首相在2012年庆典上正式宣布申请获准。
The Johor MCA state liaison committee held a dialogue with Johor Bahru Chinese NGOs and succeeded in getting Government approval to declare the 140-year-old Chingay procession as historical cultural heritage. The procession was granted the status by the PM in 2012.
继柔佛古庙大游行后，富有108年历史的马六甲勇全殿五府王爷王舡大游行，于2013年成为第二个被列入国家文化遗产的神庙庆典。
Following the 2012 declaration of the annual Johor Ku Miao (Johor Ancient Temple) Chingay procession as a national cultural heritage, in 2013, the Ong Yah Kong Temple grand Wangkang (Royal Barge) procession in Malacca with its rich 108-year old history was also listed as the second national cultural heritage in the country.

2010年11月17日，政府取消强制杂货商登记米粮每日买卖记录措施。
On November 17, 2010, the Government abolished the requirement for sundry shop owners to keep a daily record of rice sales.
成立“一个马华医药基金”
Setting Up of the 1MCA Medical Foundation
“一个马华医药基金”成立至今，拨出1010万令吉协助1906名病黎。
The Medical Foundation has helped 1906 patients and disbursed RM10.1million since its inception in 2011.
成立“一个马来西亚社区联盟基金”
Setting Up of the 1Malaysia Community Alliance Foundation
马华在2011年2月27日推介“一个马来西亚社区联盟基金会”流动服务，目前有6辆流动服务车，在霹雳、雪兰莪、森美兰、柔佛和登嘉楼通勤，至今已经为超过9万人服务。
The 1Malaysia Community Alliance Foundation was formed in 2011. There are currently 6 mobile service vehicles that travel to Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Johor and Terengganu, providing services to people regardless of race. To date, it has served over 90,000 people.

Happy Mother Project
马华派发200 令吉予新生儿母亲以示祝贺。党中央已处理3133份的申请。
A RM200 “Ang Pow” awarded to all mothers of newborn babies. The Party has processed altogether 3,133 applications for the program.
一个马华党员集体保险计划
1MCA Member Group Insurance Scheme
马华为全体党员购买集体保险，向党员提供保障。已发出1757宗投保赔偿。
MCA has purchased a Group Insurance policy for all party members so as to provide them with the Insurance protection. The party has received 1,757 bereavement/accidental claims.
